Sharon Mayo is a Washington State licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and substance use disorder professional (SUDP) who helps repair the world one step at a time through teaching, inspiring, and motivating. She has a holistic approach that includes exercise, diet, sleep, and mindfulness to aid patients with life difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and unresolved childhood trauma. Sharon possesses excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to engage with all ages and groups, supporting them as they work through and rise above the oppression of physical, mental, and emotional challenges that might keep them from achieving their highest selfhood and goals.

Sharon enjoys sailing, white water rafting, theater, reading, exercise, and healing, exercise, live theater, exploring and new adventures.

Crescent Wellness Center (CWC) is a psychiatric and outpatient clinic offering services for mental health and addiction treatment. Conveniently located in between Seattle an ellevue in Mercer Island, Washington, CWC seeks to provide total wellness care to individuals. Our mission is to provide person centered therapeutic and welcoming care to those seeking mental health and addiction services.

The goal of CWC is to provide a life-enhancing approach toward mental health through a holistic patient-centered model. Individuals seeking our care come to improve and maintain both their physical and mental health instead of feeling defined by addiction and labeled with various stigmas.

We offer psychiatric care including medication management, individual counseling, supportive group therapy, outpatient detox, nutritional assessments, and outpatient services. We can also provide assessments within 24 hours or sooner for urgent cases.
