About me
I am a strengths-based, client-centered psychotherapist who is passionate about supporting folks to make changes in their lives to improve their overall well-being.
I exclusively provide on-site, in-person therapy for adolescents and adults in Lower Pacific Heights in San Francisco, CA. I work relationally with my clients to help them define clear, realistic goals and work towards achieving those goals with practical tools and ongoing support. My training is oriented in social justice and exploring how social, cultural, and familial conditioning impacts our expectations for ourselves and our understanding of ourselves.
I'm currently accepting new in-person clients on Mondays (10 am - 4 pm) & Wednesdays (10 am - 6 pm). If you have Anthem Blue Cross CA, Blue Shield CA, Cigna, Aetna, or Optum (which includes Oxford, Oscar & United Healthcare) insurance, then I could potentially begin seeing you in-network through Headway - please contact me for more information.
