I've been providing psychotherapy services for over four years to adolescents, adults, families, couples, and individuals mandated to receive mental health and addiction services. I specialize in the following: anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma, interpersonal, and self-esteem amongst others.

I utilize a practical approach combining therapeutic interventions to address your needs. I received trainings in trauma, exposure and ritual prevention for OCD, motivational interviewing, and Nurtured Heart Approach. I also utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills to address emotional dysregulation, anxiety, and depression. I am dedicated in supporting and providing you with the skills necessary to empower you. I also apply a strength-based approach to accentuate your abilities to focus on the areas you seek to improve.
