I have over 30 years of experience of working together with my clients in the areas of depression, anxiety, improve commumication, couples work, trauma, PTSD, anger management, and other concerns.
My idea client would be someone who is at point in their life where they want to make some changes, but may be unsure of the process, and needs some guidance. No one has all the answers, but "Working together, we will create a better you!!"
I am very open and creative in my approach to working with clients, I don't have all the answers, but together we can explore the possibilities. I promise to add a dose of humor, because laughter is truly good medicine.
