I am a seasoned Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in the facilitation of human beings who want to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, others, and the world in which we live.

Having been in this most sacred profession for over 30 years, I am inspired and thrive on the strength of the human spirit. I am gratified to this day at how people can truly change, heal, and evolve. Honing our life trajectories occurs when we pay attention and are serious about focusing on what we want. Together we (you and I) create a team to accomplish whatever reasonable goals you have set for yourself. Navigating through the resolution of issues that may impede your forward progress, we build a momentum that you will utilize towards a happier, healthier You! You can not love your life and not love yourself. You can not love yourself and not love your life. Remember, it is usually our circumstances that become problematic, and often of our own doing.
