About me
I am an integral Neurotherapist and use qEEG Brain maps to guide my practice. I also use Brainspotting and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy when the need arises. I specialize in trauma, but have worked with a wide range of ages and diagnosis.
Scott Kuenneke is an expert in Trauma, Neurofeedback, quantitative electroencephalography (qEEG) Brain maps, and Brainspotting. He received his undergraduate degree in psychology and religious studies with a masters in Mental health Counseling. He dedicated a lot of his study to learning about brain-based interventions for mental health along with researching the impact meditation and mindfulness practices have on the nervous system. He is a senior fellow with the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA), and has been practicing neurofeedback for over 16 years. He has spent the last 7 years at Calo Programs, a residential treatment facility for complex developmental trauma using Dyadic developmental psychotherapy (DDP), brainspotting and neurotherapy. In his role at Calo Programs, Scott oversaw all aspects of neurofeedback and qEEG brain maps for assessment and treatment, along with supporting new therapist develop their skills in Brainspotting. Currently he is in private practice and consulting with residential treatment facilities.
