I strive to provide thorough psychiatric evaluations and a holistic approach to restore and maintain your total health and wellness. At Fresh Therapeutic Solutions, we believe in a patient-centered treatment approach and will take the time to listen to your symptoms and how they impact your daily life.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner and a Master of Public Health with 18 years of experience providing compassionate and effective care for a variety of mental health disorders, including 6 years providing care to our Veterans and working in various hospitals, Long Term Care, and inpatient residential mental health facilities. My objective is to meet patients wherever they are in life. Whether or not this is your first visit to a mental health clinic, I will work with you to deliver comprehensive, compassionate, and cost-effective care based on your cultural values and preferences. We accept new patients and provide some weekend and evening appointments through telemedicine as well as in-person consultations.
