About me
I am experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with children. Dedicated to children impacted by domestic violence, trauma, adoption, anxiety and divorce.
Life can bring many challenging events that can cause pain, sadness, anger, self-doubt, confusion, despair and shame. Through therapy, I believe that individuals can develop the ability to gain insight into how these events impacted them as a person and/or their family. Therapy provides space to develop an increased insight into emotions and beliefs. With that then a person and/or family can bring about the changes wanted to live healthier, with hope and greater balance.
Working with children and families has been a passion of my work. Walking alongside children impacted by abuse, violence, divorce and life challenges has been an honor. The name Seeds for Change Counseling was created to honor the missions of supporting clients by planting seeds. Through nurturance, love, personal growth and acceptance, these seeds will grow into what each child needs to continue their life journey.
