I work collaboratively using therapy styles that are tailored to you. I am trained in trauma-informed treatments, including EMDR and Rapid Resolution Therapy. While my specialty is trauma, I work with a variety of areas including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, autism, relationship challenges, gender identity and sexual orientation issues and others.

Even positive changes can seem difficult or intimidating. I’d like to collaborate with you to make this process as comfortable for you as possible.
