About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor with over 9 years of experience. I offer both Telehealth and in-office sessions and am located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
My experience includes working with individuals in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I use an eclectic approach, including Person Centered, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Trauma Informed, and Multicultural. I focus on building rapport by being genuine and creating a non-judgmental atmosphere.
