About me
I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years. I have been passionate about helping people since a young age. In combination with my passion for helping others and my professional background will provide you with a well-rounded therapist. I believe in the holistic approach (healing mind, body, and soul). I specialize in providing the best quality of care to everyone that I see for counseling.
I specialize in those who are lost and do not know their place in the world, who are deeply affected by their trauma, who seek to grow, heal, and mature through their spirituality, and who struggle with their relationships with themselves and others. I strive to gain understanding and aim to guide you towards healing!
I will create a safe and comforting space for you. Pursuing counseling can be a difficult thing to do. I am here to help support and validate that pursuit!
I am a self-proclaimed weirdo and I love what I do! I am a deeply spiritual person and enjoy living life. My practice is holistic as I believe in treating the whole person. I am a mother of 2 children, a wife, a daughter, and a pet lover. I work with children 10 years old through adults (18 yo +). I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years. I have been counseling people for 7 years. I have a variety of experience and knowledge with mental health, and I love to teach and guide people in life. The modalities that I use that are not mentioned below: Spiritually Interrograted Psychotherapy (SIP), Trauma Focused- Cogntive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness, and Brainspotting to name a few. I believe life is very hard and we shouldn't have to do it alone.
My office hoours are Monday & Wednesday 9-3:30pm and Tuesday & Thursdays 9-4pm.
