I'm a queer therapist specializing in LGBTQ+ concerns, sex therapy, ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, and life transitions.

When working with a client, I believe that you are the expert of your life, and I am a curious partner helping to guide you as you make decisions that impact your life. I keep a flexible approach so that you're able to get the most out of therapy. I consider myself and my practice to be sex-positive, gender-affirming, LGBTQ+ affirming, kink aware, and poly affirming. My goal is to create a safe space for clients to explore their problems fully without fear of judgment. I use an integrative and client-centered approach to therapy that is informed by compassion focused therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, feminist therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy. While I primarily work with transgender clients and those exploring gender transition, I have a strong background in treating a wide variety of concerns including ADHD, anxiety, body image concerns, mood disorders, substance use, and sexual dysfunction/dissatisfaction. I'm truly inspired by my clients who are courageously making the changes necessary to create happy and fulfilling lives, and I am honored to be the one who is privileged enough to stand by them throughout this journey.
