About me
As a co-owner of Roots Counseling and Wellness, LLC, my mission is to provide clients with the necessary skills and support on their pathway to wellness. Whether you are struggling with a substance use disorder, gambling addiction, anxiety, trauma, or other life stressors, navigating the recovery process can be overwhelming and scary. My goal is to help clients develop the skills to improve their lives in a safe, supportive, and client-centered environment.
I will join with you as a team, to identify the most effective way to address your concerns and offer evidence-based interventions to work toward your recovery. My approach utilizes evidenced based modalities such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and relapse prevention.
