I have worked with teens and adults for over 18 years in processing traumatic experiences, life transitions and grief/loss. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. I utilize a variety of tools to address stress, anxiety and depression associated with wounds incurred throughout our lives. These modalities include, but are not limited to EMDR inspired BrainSpotting, mindfulness, narrative and somatic techniques. I offer therapy that addresses your unique needs and is based in brain research, trauma informed care and liberation-based healing utilizing personal strengths. I strive to create a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where you feel affirmed and can experience meaningful growth.
