Therapy can help us cope with our life challenges and find deeper understandings about what generates our thoughts and feelings. With these insights into our internal stories, I help individuals develop healthier thoughts and create new actions that lead to a more fulfilling life.
Sometimes relationships become difficult, uncomfortable, or unhealthy. My approach to couples therapy is two-fold. Improving communication within the relationship can help each person deepen their expressions and feel seen and heard. And I believe that an increased sense of individuality within the relationship can lead to healthier intimate connections.

For those couples on the brink, I can offer a type of therapy called Discernment Counseling which is designed to help couples make conscious choices about the future of their relationship.
