About me
I am experienced therapist who has been in private practice a total of 10 years. I specialize in individiduals ages 12 to 65.
My training involves CBT, DBT, addictions, self-esteem building, career building, and mood disorders. Many of my clients' ages range from 18 to 25 who are making decisions in regards to transitioning to adulthood. As a mental health counselor, I enjoy assisting individuals establish a healthy lifestyle and positive outlook.
Many of my clients prefer teletherapy while others prefer face-to-face. Scheduling is flexible, clients who have school or work until later in the afternoon or early evenings may request late in the day appointments, however, the office is closed on Saturday and Sundays. . My practice is located in a privately shared office where a clients health and privacy are a premium. Online scheduling is convenient and available to new and returning patients.
