Our Mission:
Welcome to the Mindfully Well Center, a place of wholesome healing for one and all. Over 20 years ago Dr. Rose Mary Shaw, PsyD., set out on a mission to create the optimal nurturing environment where anyone can create a unique and individualized journey towards balance of mind, body, and spirit. Today, the Mindfully Well Center, an Integrative Health Center, located in the beautiful Yellow Springs, provides a breadth of experiences from traditional psychological services to the modern technology of Neurofeedback, as well as a stress management clinic.

Our second office, My Neu Mind in Kettering, Ohio, has its foundation in applied neuroscience. We utilize some of the leading technologies in brain science. Neurofeedback is the all encompassing core of our service. Services are informed by objective assessment and Quantitative EEG. Additionally we utilized HeartMath and Life Style Management therapies. The development of your personalized program takes into account your brain's activity and your particular LifeStyle strengths and needs.

About Dr. Shaw:
Dr. Shaw comes to you today with a breath of experience and training. She earned a Masters in Clinical Counseling from Ohio University, her doctorate in clinical psychology from Wright State University, and completed post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at Indiana University, School of Medicine, Department of Neurology. Dr. Shaw also has specialized training in functional brain imaging (fMRI) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as advanced training in Behavioral Sleep Medicine from Penn State University and neurofeedback training sponsored by the International Society of Neuro-regulation. Dr. Shaw's training extends into Integrative Medicine, earning a Diploma of Ayurveda from the Open International University of Complementary Medicine and is a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP).
