I am an experienced therapist serving individuals, couples and families who is dedicated to helping cope with trauma, anxiety, depression.
I believe everyone’s experiences shape who they are, sometimes diminishing an innate light within. The therapeutic process can assist in uncovering the why behind the action. I believe therapy can assist an individual in truly learning who they are, recapturing self and growing into the most optimal version of self. Each therapeutic session is designed by creating a safe space for you, the client, to express yourself. I am here to listen without judgement while supporting you. You are the author of your story. My therapeutic style originates in person centered therapy with an eclectic use of modalities, techniques, and intervention.
