About me
I am an LPC and licensed in the state of Texas and Arizona. I specialize in working with teens, adults and couples that have relationship issues with family or spouses. My skill set varies due to my background in education, child development, ADHD, parenting issues and co-dependency. I also work with those going through grief, depression, anxiety and adjustment issues. I accept some insurance for my Tx clients: United Healthcare, Cigna, Oxford, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and Oscar.
I grew up in West Texas but spent 20 years in St. Louis, MO and Phoenix, AZ. I recently returned back to my hometown of Lubbock to be closer to family. I am an empty-nester with two grown daughters. I became a counselor in 2018 after teaching elementary school and being a wife and mom. I would love to walk with you on whatever journey in life you are struggling with and will provide a safe, warm, and caring environment for you to process your stuff. We may laugh a little too!
