I am a former ICU/trauma nurse who now works as a mental health counselor. I love to help individuals suffering from PTSD, trauma, addiction, and co-dependency.

My ideal client is one with high stress and intense jobs, also those who have had a traumatic and abusive pasts or are in crisis now. I love to see couples and work through relationship issues. I desire to use my innate capacity for real empathy to enter into another's pain, listen to their story, help them understand themselves better, find identity, and ultimately find meaning and purpose amidst suffering and struggle.
I serve adults, couples and teens with a myriad of issues and difficult experiences. I have personal experience with addiction, and have a soft spot for people who are trudging the road of recovery. As a former trauma nurse, I understand the healthcare world and love to serve healthcare professionals who experience high stress, burnout, and moral injury.
If you feel alone, misunderstood, unheard, hurt, exhausted, unappreciated, and grasping for meaning, I am a good person to talk to about it. I have had my share of those things and really want to reach those that feel like there is no one who "gets" them. Suffering and pain is unavoidable, but you do not have to go through it alone.
