About me
I have been a licensed therapist for 27 years working with a variety of patients from children, teens, adults and couples. I am dedicated to helping my clients find lasting freedom from depression, anxiety, trauma, and marital issues.
I have been a therapist for 27 years working in a variety of settings to include: hospitals, schools, native clinics, community mental health, inpatient settings and now private practice. I am a trauma certified counselor and am certified in EMDR. I use an eclectic approach which offers differing modalities of therapy to meet the client's needs including CBT, DBT, REBT, Polyvagal theory, solution-focused, and trauma based therapy interventions. I am experienced in working with individuals, children, families, and couples. I have worked in multi-cultural settings and have worked with people groups from Uganda, Kenya, Sierre Leone, Sudan, Puerto Rico, Sri Lankan, as well as Native Americans. I use a faith based approach in a clinical setting. We have 2 locations to meet the geographical needs of our clients.
