I learned years ago as a Psychotherapist coming from a Humanist and Gestalt approach, that as one works though, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, social discomfort, couples work or career barriers that supporting the individual at a comfortable pace is essential.

In addition to practicing as a therapist for almost 30 years my work is additionally supported and enriched by my experience in the world of business and in the arts. This broad experience affords me familiarity and the advantage due to the hard experience and a developed 'felt sense' that helps me to tune in on a deep and sensitive level of knowing one's experience.
