I am an experienced Men's Mental Health Counselor who is dedicated to helping children, adolescents and adults cope with strategies designed for them that incorporate their strengths into their treatment and build the future they choose for themselves.

I specialize in DBT and Men's mental health to help clients find meaning, purpose and inner strengths to help you reach goals both in and out of therapy. Our sessions are structured and work from understanding who we are while building skills. Than lead into working on accepting who and where we are; finally working to create the future you want. I work with men and young boys who struggle with masculinity, isolation, and anger. I work with my clients by understanding the stronger emotions and isolating the incidents from emotional to logical reasons. Learning how we react with both and when to show them.
It can be hard to reach out and ask for help. However I think the first step can be the most rewarding on the path toward growth, health & wellness.
My ideal client is someone who is ready for change and aims to effect what they can and strive for tomorrow.

My practice offers a sliding scale based off income and also accepts many EAP's or employee assistances programs. If you are unsure if your job offers this please check in with them. It can be a great resource to help make therapy more affordable. My practice works to bring a person's whole being into the counseling room. Helping them strive to a better sense of fullness, spiritually, mentally and physically.
