About me
At Benson Family Services, we tailor our services to meet your needs. Whether you or your loved one is struggling with psychiatric challenges, substance use or some other problematic behavior, we will develop an individualized treatment plan to engage and enhance motivation for wellness for you and/or the entire family system.
At the core of my treatment philosophy is the belief that individuals and families heal when movement occurs, and people begin to step out of their comfort zones to unlock their potential and capacity for growth. Often there is underlying pain or trauma that needs to be addressed in order for the system to recover and break the cycle where one may be stuck. Whether the root of the dysfunction is abuse, addiction, estrangement, divorce, suicide, broken communication paths, or some other maladaptive coping strategy, treatment can provide relief.
