It’s the childhood programming or traumas and painful experiences that create wounds carried throughout a lifetime. Being confused about your true nature or downright believing the lies you tell yourself can feel like a prison of your own making.

One thing I’ve learned from a decade in this field is that you cannot have inner freedom without first doing the psychological work. The good news is that you don’t have to do it alone! My job is to provide a well-structured and knowledgeable approach, supported by compassionate inquiry. I strive to tailor my treatment methods based on an individual’s presenting needs, assessment data, and evidence based practices. My areas of expertise include anxiety, emotion regulation, life transitions, coping skills, highly sensitive and ASD. Commonly incorporated modalities include Holistic Spiritual and Integrative Medicine, Transpersonal Counseling, Depth-Oriented Psychotherapy, Cognitive and Behavioral therapies, Mindfulness Based-Stress Reduction, Dialectical Behavior therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic therapy, Art therapy, and Internal Family Systems model.
