I work with teens ages 15+, adults, and couples who are struggling. I believe that we are all worthy of respect and compassion, so my approach to therapy begins with exploring your values using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). When you feel as though you've lost yourself, you may have lost sight of what is most important to you. Together, we can reconnect you with what matters most in your life and help you find direction, meaning, insight, and healing. I provide warm, non-judgmental, supportive therapy based in sound research to help you with the concerns you bring into counseling. My specialty is in working with grief and trauma. I integrate evidence-based treatments, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, hypnotherapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and EMDR, to meet your individual needs.
