About me
For over 15 years, I have been committed to helping my clients face challenges related to depression, anxiety, life transitions and relationships and make positive changes in their lives.
Seeking therapy means you have to trust a new and unfamiliar person and process. My job is to create a strong therapeutic relationship that allows you to explore the circumstances and relationships that are interfering with your life in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. In my practice, I help my clients gain personal insight and individual strength to help them address issues with depression, stress and anxiety.
I have a certificate from Bryn Mawr College in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, and I especially enjoy working with teens, and young adults. In addition to working with younger clients, I enjoy working with adults of all ages. I have extensive experience working with couples struggling with their relationship or looking to strengthen their relationship. I also have a special interest in working with issues related to life transitions such as parenting, divorce, retirement, or returning to the workplace.
In therapy, there is no formula because every person is unique. My techniques are customized to meet your individual needs. If you would like more information, please feel free to call me to discuss your concerns or go to my website: www.feldertherapy.com.
