About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years in the social work field. I create safe spaces for clients to share, discover, and learn without judgment.
I take an empowerment approach with my clients, so they may develop their efficacy and esteem. I believe in collaborating with my clients to create a strong foundation for them to learn and grow upon, so they can implement skills independently. This includes providing resources to aid clients in dismantling environmental and societal barriers that prevent social and emotional growth and providing education and skills to teach clients how to care for themselves and to manage both their inner and outer realities. I am passionate about assisting people in making sense of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, especially those related to trauma. As a result, I utilize CBT, narrative, and somatic techniques to assist clients in their processing their trauma experiences.
