I am a compassionate and skilled licensed psychologist who wants to help you live the life you want!

My therapy style is warm and compassionate as I work with clients who desire to not just cope with life, but to thrive. My goal is to help you achieve and live the life you want and deserve, and I do this by helping you remove the blocks of personal growth, improve relationships with yourself and others, and find relief from your struggles. I use a diverse set of therapy "techniques" but mostly prefer to base our therapy on your specific needs.
