I specialize in working with people who find themselves struggling to build healthy relationships and they don't know why. I also work with couples who feel disconnected and unheard by one another and desire deeper connection and intimacy.
I am passionate about helping people discover how their past is connected to their present. Your emotional attachments from childhood can influence the way that you respond in your adult relationships. Together we will explore these attachments and identify unhelpful behaviors and responses that may be keeping you from being who you want to be.
