About me
I am certified in EMDR, specializing in trauma and attachment, and provide EMDR in an accelerated manner, commonly known as EMDR Intensives.
Therapy is often sought in response to trauma, loss, or a desire to deepen one’s understanding of self. The concerns that impact our present oftentimes have their roots in our past, and we often are burdened by negative beliefs about our worth and our sense of safety, security, power, and agency. It is with this in mind that I offer the transformative modality of EMDR in an accelerated format called “EMDR Intensives”. This can be provided as a primary therapy or as an adjunct treatment to your work with your primary therapist.
