About me
I have been a licensed therapist since 2004. I work with preteens through elderly population. I see individuals working through anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. I also work with couples, teaching emotion regulation, communication, and connection techniques.
I work in and I am CEO of a practice of 30 wonderfully diverse therapists with a variety of trainings, certifications and specialties. We offer individual and couples counseling for persons going through relationship challenges, pregnancy and parenting challenges. We see very young children through older adult with anxiety, depression, mood, trauma, grief, addiction, behavioral, emotional and cognitive challenges. We have several gender affirming therapists.
