About me
I am an experienced marriage and family therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the challenges of life by working through anxiety, depression, marriage issues, parenting dilemmas, and life transition difficulties.
As a parent of 4 adult kids, married 28 years, and having dealt with my own depression and anxiety, I appreciate the difficulties clients are facing. Times have been difficult, especially in the past few years. Often, we turn to things that are bad solutions to real problems. Or we ignore them and just hope they go away. We need to address the underlying core issues to regain a life that has peace, order, and joy. I've seen so many difficult situations get turned around that I often have more hope than the clients. And that's OK! I have enough hope for both of us. Hope begins with a small step in the journey to a healthier life.
