I am a trauma therapist (LCSW), and Clinical Supervisor. I also specialize in treating depression/Bipolar disorder, anxiety, intergenerational trauma, stage of life adjustments and grief for adolescents and adults.

I am a LCSW with over 20 years experience when I started as peer counselor in a crisis residential center in 1999. Since that time I have been on the path to become a licensed therapist. I have worked with youth, adults, and families using an integrative approach using CBT/TF-CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, solution focused, MBSR, Motivational Interviewing, strengths, and attachment work. With my 7 years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor, I also provide consultation and therapy for therapists. For those wanting to go deeper therapy I can provide somatic therapy, IFS, and Jungian Psychoanalysis.

I tailor sessions on my clients, so we will collaborate on what your treatment looks like. I provide clients with feedback, insight, and end sessions with a meditation so you leave feeling calm and better than you did before you came in. It creates safety for the healing journey and brings the tools I teach you into the session so you can have guidance to be able to experience all the benefits.
