About me
My approach to counseling is interdisciplinary, borrowing heavily from mindfulness practices, CBT skills training, narrative therapy, and strengths-based modalities. I approach therapy with an open mind and open heart, and believe laughter often truly is the best medicine. I work with, and am part of, the 2sLGBTQIA+ communities.
How do we find inner peace when our outer presentation is wrong? Where is self-acceptance when the world around you is unaccepting? Your internal struggles are real, and you are not alone. Wholeness begins with healing. They say time heals all wounds, but some wounds are so deep it feels as though they may never heal. Asking for help takes strength. If you’re experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma from sexual assault or abuse, and/or sex and relationship issues, let’s chat.
