About me
I am an experienced eating disorder therapist who is dedicated to helping adults create healthier relationships with food, their bodies, and their lives.
Rachel began her career in community mental health, picking up a wealth of experience treating addiction, depression, and group counseling. Rachel then actively pursued her passion of treating eating disorders by gaining invaluable experience in an intensive outpatient treatment setting with the Eating Recovery Center of Ohio (ERC), all while splitting her time in private practice. She then spent the next 5 years focused solely on private practice, first with Compass Point Counseling then with Embrace Recovery and Wellness Center.
In October 2021, with her reputation as one of Cincinnati’s leading outpatient eating disorder therapists firmly established, Rachel took the plunge and opened her own practice, Delta Counseling. She continues her work with eating disorders, while also serving clients with a wide variety of other mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, stress management, and body image issues.
