Hello, I'm Rachel Baker, a Spokane, Washington-based counselor and I help driven and successful people who are overwhelmed and anxious create peace and purpose. My goal is to connect individual client strengths and experiences with proven therapeutic approaches that increase skill and insight in order for people to create a life filled with peace and purpose.

While ‘talking it out’ or ‘venting’ can be helpful, I also want you to be able to measure your progress. We will explore specific skills you can implement in your life. You will learn to hear your inner voice and how to gain more control over your life by being strategic about where you use your energy. Through our work together, you can get back in sync with yourself, establish a firm footing and develop clarity around goals. You will have the skills needed to balance life’s demands and be present for loved ones, while still being able to take a break for yourself. In a nutshell, you will create a life that is purpose driven and fulfilling.
