Hello, my name is Quanta’. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Central Florida and Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. I have been in the helping profession for 18 years. I have worked with adults from all walks of life struggling with both addiction and mental health issues in outpatient and residential settings. I am passionate about helping others break free from their challenges and take back their hope, self-esteem, self-worth, and happiness and redevelop a meaningful lifestyle.

I believe that each individual is different and has what it takes within to make the necessary life changes. My approach to counseling is person-centered and involves Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and other therapeutic techniques needed to ensure that our work together is effective. I strive to develop a therapeutic relationship that is trustworthy and nonjudgmental. It is important for me to be able to gain full understanding of your thoughts and feelings; therefore, creating a safe space filled with empathy, compassion, acceptance, and respect to help aid in effectively navigating through the process of inner healing is imperative. I seek to empower clients in achieving desired goals and improving their overall quality of life. Seeking therapy is the first step towards your healing process.
