I am a licensed professional counselor associate who is passionate about providing emotional support to adolescents and adults navigating various life challenges. I provide therapy in English and Mandarin Chinese and am experienced in working with people from different cultures and all walks of life.

You have what most people would consider a good life. Deep down, however, you battle with a sense of void, restlessness and/or inadequacy that nothing seems to be able to silence. You don't feel safe enough to share with anyone that you’re feeling stressed, dissatisfied and/or stuck, so you keep pushing away the uncomfortable feeling and march on. If this is you, it may be time to focus on your mental wellness, and I hope to help by using evidence-based techniques to help you tap into your inner strength and build greater resilience.

I bring into the therapy room decades of multinational life and professional experience in addition to over 6 years of counseling experience in clinical/church settings in Greenville. My mission as a therapist is to create a caring, warm, accepting, and genuine space for you to gain insights into your circumstances and work on your goals.
