About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of counseling experience. I specialize in individual, family, couples therapy helping clients heal from past traumas and addictions while achieving a positive sense of self identity. I believe the therapeutic relationship is an organic experience. Each of us walks our own path/journey and that no two are alike. I work from a holistic approach to develop the best course of treatment for your personal needs. I strive to assist and help aid the healing process through a compassionate, non-judgemental, strength-based, person- centered approach.
I enjoy helping others, going for walks, reading and dancing. Most important I enjoy family and spending time with my grandchildren. I come with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, families, couples therapy and helping clients heal from past trauma and addictions. I am here to assist you in healing from the pain of life traumas, relationships and life transitions.
