About me
I am an adult psychologist practicing in the field for over 30 years. I work with adults on a wide variety of mental health and personal growth issues in both the formats of individual and couples counseling. I also developed expertise in the area of sexual addiction, cybersex and pornography problems.
I believe that psychotherapy is a collaborative effort between both client and therapist. Unlike medical visits, in therapy, both parties have a very active role to play which helps to influence the level of success in achieving your goals. I work with my clients to identify and clarify the things that are not going well in their lives and find useful tools, strategies and coping mechanisms to achieve personal growth and better mental health. In my role as a therapist, I am part teacher, mentor and coach. I believe that good therapy brings healing, but it also challenges people to grow and become their better selves.
