About me
I am a Clinical Social Worker helping adults, older adolescents, couples, individuals who want to enhance their lives no matter what issue brings them into treatment. I use strength based, solution focused therapy to help you grow to be the best possible version of you. Men especially find me helpful where other therapists have not been a good fit for them.
I have my private practice with a focus on mental health recovery, drug/alcohol harm reduction or marital/relationship issues. I specialize in substance use recovery, working with men & older adolescents who are leery about talking "feelings." I work successfully with those who struggle with religious or spiritual questions that they want to clarify for themselves.
