About me
My most extensive experience as a therapist is with adult issues related to the stress of early trauma and its emotional and relational sequela.
I am client-centered, non-judgmental, and adaptive to the gender, ethnicity and lifestyle of my clients. I use strategies of trauma therapy when working with anxiety, and cognitive therapy for depression. My training in marital and family therapy informs the context in which our lives develop and where healing can occur. I collaborate with medical professionals when dealing with the need for physical health exams and medication management.
