I am passionate about helping couples, partners, families with adolescent or adult children, and individuals to uncover the ongoing patterns that negatively impact their relationships; and to develop new ways of solving the challenges these create.

My skill in helping others has been built through recent, evidence-based, and highly regarded training in therapeutic techniques I tailor to target your needs and goals. My empathy and ability to maintain a warm healing space comes from a lifetime of learning to overcome the effects of traumatic events in life ranging from family of origin to death of a child to cancer; from walking along side those navigating complex systems meant to support chronic medical care, addictions, foster care, mental health, perinatal and other life losses, and more. Yet we often find these systems confusing or broken, adding to our distress. I have the training and experience to support your journey towards healing in these as well as common circumstances where family life, love relationships, and work environments have an impact.
