About me
I have extensive knowledge of working with clients (individuals, couples, and families) from diverse populations using various modalities of therapy with foundational coursework and training in Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Therapy, and Family Systems therapy. I am dedicated to fostering a safe, compassionate, ethical steadfastness, confidential and caring environment with an open-minded, non-judgemental, and understand presence. I am focused on a never-ending belief that change is possible.
I was raised in South Central LA, received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from CSULB and a
Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles resulting in a license in
Marriage and Family Therapy.
I have a private practice in the Mid-Wilshire Area working with individuals, couples, and families. I take a creative approach tailoring treatment to each individual, couple, and family I see and utilize a variety of modalities to help gain insight into past and present experiences and behaviors, identify and build strengths, develop healthy coping strategies and challenge long-held assumptions about yourself, your relationships, and the world you live in.
