About me
I am a Clinical Social Worker with 30 years of experience in the field of individual and couples’ therapy.
My clients consist of individuals and couples. Much of my work focuses on helping people identify toxic communication patterns and develop a healthy communication style. A number of my clients have a history of anxiety and depression which has been exacerbated by the Covid pandemic. I use a variety of treatment approaches, including CBT, to manage stress and anxiety and will make referrals to psychiatrists with whom I work, if medication is appears to be indicated.
I see my clients in a warm, comfortable and welcoming environment and will help them overcome the obstacles and impediments to growth and change. The outcome is to able to identify and achieve their treatment goals and live more satisfying and fulfilling lives.
