About me
I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado with over 10 years’ experience working as a mental health therapist. I received a bachelor’s in psychology in 2006 and master’s in clinical Mental Health from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs in 2010. I have worked with the English and Spanish speaking civilian and military population in a variety of areas, some of which are: couples counseling, family counseling, parenting, blended families, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), domestic violence, communication skills, depression, anxiety, emotional and sexual abuse, life changes, divorce, immigration, addictions, and military individual and family issues.
My style is accepting, encouraging and welcoming. Together we will build an emotionally safe place for you to process, grow and improve yourself and your life.
Seeking help often takes courage. Yet it is a personal investment that is often extremely rewarding and satisfying. So, congratulations on your decision to embark on this journey of self-improvement. I believe your efforts for positive change are bound to reward you in profound ways.
