Orith Zabari, LCAT

Hello, I am Orith Zabari, owner of Soma Flow, which is located in Orange County, NY. I am a New York licensed psychotherapist and a board-certified dance/movement therapist with over 15 years experience, working in a variety of clinical settings, and private practice. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, loss/bereavement, survivors of suicide loss, trauma, autism spectrum disorders, and behavioral disorders.
I am also certified in integrative somatic trauma therapy, trauma informed yoga, breath work, mindfulness and meditation. I provide group, individual, and family therapy at my practice.

In our sessions, we would integrate movement, music, journaling, meditation, breath-work, mindfulness, and bodywork. You will gain body awareness and learn to embody healthier patterns, self trust, and the ability to lead life from a non judgmental, more loving and accepting way.
You will learn to let go of attachments (patterns, views, beliefs, ideas) that are holding you back, and shift towards living life in the present moment at play.
A well balanced life happens when unhealthy patterns can be unlearned and each of us has the ability to adopt new, positive ways of living and relating to ourselves and others. Through personal experience and while working with clients, I have learnt that the integration of modalities mentioned above, with psychotherapy work, provide a balance to the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
