Perhaps I can best summarize my therapy approach by saying that the therapy process is “an invitation to dream of meeting your heart’s longing” and to know “what sustains from the inside when all else falls away”. Taking the courageous step to engage in an inner journey to explore what conscious or unconscious parts in me are creating your life’s circumstances. Are you fulfilling your life’s purpose?
My style of therapy is eclectic and drawn from over 30 years experience and draws from Internal Family Systems(IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, hypnosis, breathing/sensory interventions, and spirituality without religious denomination. I welcome your vulnerabilities, failures and trauma experiences with an open heart and mind.The process of deep change is entirely possible by consciously rewriting our destiny, modifying our limiting beliefs, behavioral patterns, conditioning, associations, and/or traumatic imprints. I will join you where you are and collaboratively chisel the best version of you. I tend to use the the tool of clinical hypnosis to make possible what seems impossible.
