A Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern/DSW Scholar-Practitioner. I utilize a strength-based, person-centered approach with at-risk youth, individuals, and families to treat trauma, suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, anger, and relationship conflicts.
I am committed to helping you understand and identify the coping and problem-solving techniques necessary to see you through these challenging times while allowing you to strengthen and develop practical coping skills and build resilience. I will meet you in the "here and now" and work with you so that you become empowered to take back control of your life and begin working towards your goals and personal growth.
Since 2014, I have worked with a diversity of youth, individuals, and families to help bring about positive change and equilibrium, and I hope you will provide me the opportunity of working with you to help overcome those challenging barriers which may be overwhelming you.
